SO, HOW DOES FIT-PC2 COMPARE WITH A STANDARD DESKTOP PC? The first questions which springs to mind when you see "Extremely low power" and "Ultra energy efficient" are: a) "Exactly how 'Ultra-efficient' is it? 10% less electricity? 20%? 50%? Does it really save a relevant amount of energy (and thus money)?" b) "What do i have to sacrifice in terms of performance? Is it going to be like those dim, slow-starting light-bulbs?" Up to now, the answers to those questions for 'Low energy PCs' have been (at best) "At most 30-40% energy savings" and "A lot of functionality sacrifice".
